ICC Bans

An International Cricket Council tribunal has found Pakistan cricketers Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir guilty of corruption.

Former captain Butt has received a 10-year ban, five suspended, Asif seven years - two suspended - and Amir five.

The players were accused of spot-fixing in the fourth Test between Pakistan and England at Lord's last August, but have always denied any wrongdoing.

My question is what the fudge was the ICC doing in Doha?

"ICC doing in Doha?"

They were invited here by the ex QL Cricket Group Manager.... Jack... for discussion on the status of almost non availability of Cricket playing grounds in Qatar.

Their career is ruined but then it will at least prevent others from going the wrong way... now there is so much money in cricket.... its reckless to do such things.

They have also be charged by the Police in the UK and I am sure they have done a thorough investigation.

So anyone can present a video that may or may not have been made AFTER the match to implicate a crime?

Cool.
