How to Visit Al Zubara Village Ruins?

Anyone visited Al Zubara village ruins lately? They built an industrial strength fence that runs for kilometers blocking off entry to the area. Seems odd that a key piece of Qatar history would be completely denied to the public. Anyone know how to gain access? Thanks!

Thanks! I know WHERE the village is (been there many times), but it's now blocked off by a huge fence around the whole village. Cannot drive in there any more.
