Housemaids in Qatar

Can anyone please recommend any reputable agency/agencies where good/decent housemaids can be sourced?
Any tips will help.
Cheers

I will never understand why seemingly liberal people hire servants. It's not socially acceptable in the UK to have nannies, housemaids and drivers, but I've not met many Brits in Qatar who don't have servants to cook, clean, drive, raise their kids. Awful, and morally corrosive. Soon, you'll be accusing them of stealing your clothes and praying too much.

Just fired my maid today for stealing would not transfer sponsorship as I don't want her to cause others grief. Also, people have been told not to let the maid have a mobile or they will not guarantee them. Most agencies in the past would let you give back the maid within a certain

time period. Over the years I have had at least 5 maids and had problems with all of them, they come from very poor countries and so corruption is widespread, theft, prostitution, selling your household items etc. The story in Kuwait was funny the maid would make the child she was caring for look like he was poor and go around begging until a relative noticed it was her relatives child. Not to mention using your home as a brothel.

I would rather have one rose and a kind word from a friend while I'm here

Than a whole truck load when I'm gone
