Hi Guys/Girls,
I am looking to buy a new car this month/next month and need your advice. The car im really interested in is a Volkswagen Touareg. What I need to know is:
What's the car like? How does it compare here with other similar cars? Does it have a good re-sale value? What is the service standards like with the dealer? Is it advisable to own a Volkswagen here in Qatar or should I be looking somewhere else for a similar kind of car and if so why? What are the pros and cons of owning a VW here?
Whether you own a Volkswagen or don't own a Volkswagen could you please write me some feedback because I haven't heard that many positive comments about VW here in Qatar and need your advice to help me.

I used to drive it in UK... it is a wonderfull car to drive, very thirthy though.. which is not an issue here, however, i was told that the servicing and spare parts are very very deer here...good luck!

VW and Audi agent are crap...my Audi is at the dealer since end of October until now !!!...
the best service you could get is through Mannai...GM Cadillac...Toyota is no good...but VW and AUdi is WORST..

VW is a very good SUV. In Qatar VW has got a new agent and the service is not very good.
Try Porsche Center Doha. Understand the service is great and the local is one of the best in world.
