Help with AC adapter

Guys, i have this AC adapter Input: 120V Output 14V 800mA and it just burned and i wanna know if there's anyone in Qatar who can fix it (rewound it) because i don't think they have a similar function adapters here, if any one can help me by any way please post your comment. If this can help: this adapter is for a guitar multi effect Boss Gt-8.

I believed AC adapter cannot be repairedTry checking in Sofitel area, and explore in some electronic store near boat R/A . I just bought one there.
