at the same range of price, u can try ezdan towers in west bay. their gym is at the 4 th floor with a SWIMMING POOL. no trouble parking, no gender separation.
BUT:
-u have to pay for a locker every day or yearly subscribtion!!!!!!!
-and their bathroom and shower are terrible: they really suck (and they don't care since majority of members are hotel residents that can just go shower in their room).
- there is no tariner insight. no one to teach u, or tell u what to do.
i invite some of my friends from ezdan to fitness first for a couple of visits just to ask the monitors (and they are very helpfull and professional) for a program.
Fitness First membership has changed now ... they have monthly packages i guess it is 379 or 409.... i have the membership and can tell u ...this is one of the best fitness center in qatar.
they make only 6 month contract or a year contract, and they need a visa card so they deduct every month from it..
Seriously i went there for 3 months only and then i got bored,and their bathrooms and showers are not clean as there machines are not working perfectly, and i was paying the rest of months only because i have to but i wasn't going...as they told me if i dont want to go to the gym any more i have to pay the rest cash and they will cancel my membership..Its just sucks!

No gym can trim anyones belly...have you tried cutting down your food intake? I heard its the best way to lose weight.
if not fitness firat. . . where else can you recommend. . . badly need a trim for my belly
i am a member in FF and i like it.
the annual fee is 4800 for the first year, afterward it's 3600. no one ever told me anything about credit card number or else. i pay cash.
disadvantages: not mixed (gender separated), and what i find most annoying is CC parking.
otherwise i do recommend it.
