Since your appeal time is now completed, you need to spend the minimum time in Jail without any option. Also please check with some legal expert or lawyer if your jail term can still be converted in fine system since this option includes in your appeal option I believe.

If the verdict is for 3 months then you will be actually staying only for then 2 months since 24 hours of your stay will be counted as c1.5 days. I know it is still tough but you need to honor the law where you are living. Drink driving is a very big offence and most of the cases it comes with deportation order after jail term.

The best option is to actually go back to court and ask about an appeal. You can also find out whether you are blocked from leaving the country.

As Dracu has said , be thankful that you aren't being deported after jail

No, most probably you will not be able to exit the country.

So, pay the fine, do the 3 months, then get out and its probably a good idea to never return.

You have to pay for your mistakes, and hopefully you have learned a lesson.
