Don't use Mumtaz Post (EMS) from Qatar Post!
Apparently EMS (Mumtaz Post) of Qatar Post is outsourced to Aramex. They don't deal with other postal authorities, and Aramex delivers it using their network. Qatar Post never tells you this.
One day I have sent two packages to Brazil, both to the same address. The one sent by regular mail was delivered in 2 weeks. The one sent with Mumtaz (EMS) never made it there in 3 months. After tracking through Aramex I discovered that it was mishandled and sent to Florida, USA (instead of Rio De Janeiro, Brazil!), customs cleared there, and then destroyed 2 months later, as nobody claimed it.
Someone has to take geography lessons. In the meantime, don't use Mumtaz Post, you'll never know in what dump your documents or belongings will end up. And don't trust Aramex anywhere outside of the Middle East.
