HI ALL
I HAVE AN ACCOUNT IN DOHA BANK SINCE 2008 THEY WERE SERVING GOOD BUT SINCE FEBRUARY 2011 I AM NOT GETTING ANY SMS REGARDING MY ACCOUNT MOVEMENT .I REPETDLY COMPLAIN TO ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ,CALL CENTER,BRANCH CUSTOMER HEAD ALL SAYED IT WILL BE SOLVED 3 DAYS STILL NOTHING. FINALY JUST BEFORE A MONTH TO THE BRANCH MANAGER /CITY CENTER/ HE PROMISED SAME . BUT NOTHING TILL TODAY .HE GAVE ME HIS MOBILE NO TO CHEK ,I CALLED HIM HE SAYED IT IS IT PROPLEM .
I DONT EXPECT ALL THIS SILLY EXECUSES FROM THIS HUGE AND INTERNATIONAL BANK.REALLY DOES IT TAKE MOR 5 MONTHS TO FIX???
GUYS WHAT I HAVE TO DO NEXT................I FADE UP OF THIS PEOPLE

Sounds like Qatar customer service at its best! They keep sending me SMSs asking me to pick my credit card. Like baldrick I never had an account with them. They are probably sending your transaction records to someone else.
That is so true, they employ the worst customer service people so they can save money and rip the customer off
I have already tried three banks.
Dont think the service is good in other banks. The pathetic customer service is a result of compromise, where they want to employ certain category of people on priority, and unfortunately they are neither qualified, nor have any willingness to work.
It is 'take it or leave it 'in any bank.
Are they International?They send me SMS's and I've never had an account with them!
