Magic dragon.

We had turns at the old Falcon Club that said they would never come back.

Some of these turns want a fortune for the one night.

We were approched in the early 80's by both Cliff Richard and Shirley Bassey who both wanted $100,000 for a one night show.

Far too much when you add in airfares and accommodation.

I don't think that great musicians want to play in Qatar. Arab audiences are horrible, they can't listen!

When did Bryan Adams play Qatar?

Bryan Adams and Scorpions have already played here...... Big Bands don't wish to come here for various reasons...... Qatar Foundation seem to be the only ones who can pay the Big Bucks and the perks that all these people demand.......

What about Rock bands such as Metallica, Scorpions, AC/DC, IRON Maiden. :) :)

baldrick - With the possible exception of The Charlatans, I don't think those in your list can be classed as quality acts any more. Once upon a time for sure, but not now.
