Damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, someone answer this for me. Why is it that the simplest things in life takes forever to get sorted in Qatar. I mean, we are living in the 21st century and the reserves is fairly reasonable. If Qatar wants to be what it says it wants to be then surely it can (at least) move in a reasonable pace lol.
