Laughing A todos los venezolanos que han llegado a estas tierras, les informo que en el Family Food Center  pueden encontrar una marca de harina (MARKAL) para hacer arepas . Esta es de granos de mais amarillos que usualmente se usa para hacer la polenta. (producto italiano a base de harina de maiz amarillo). Deben de ubicar la seccion de productos organicos.

COMPROBADO 100% .

perdon por responderte tarde pero encontre la harina en el FFC de la zona de Nasr cerca de Al Saad. Estaba en la seccion de productos organicos.

Esta es muy parecida a la harina pan , un poco mas de "sucia" pero es perfecta para las arepas

Me dijeron una vez que en Family Food Center tb se conseguia caraota negra.....yo no he conseguido nada! normalmente me la traigo en la maleta! Tienen idea donde conseguirla si es que se consiga algo en este pais? en cuanto a comida, muy mal!

esta' bien cualquien Family Food Center o uno en particular? voy diciendolo tb a las panas colombianas.

Pero la Polenta es un poco diferente a la Harina Pan.....me explico, la tipica de paquete amarillo???

Yo no soy venezolano pero qatari, y hablo un poco de español.

Creo que sería mejor publicar una traducción Inglés (la mayoría des gentes aquí no entiende el español).
