What's the real score about N.O.C.? does anyone have the right to transfer immidiately and be given an N.O.C.? What if you're not happy with your present job & you know that you are not compensated eventhough you really work hard? Anybody who has the idea on how to get out from being freezed to a not good company please I need your comment. Thanks.... God bless...
