An Indian passenger, working in QP recently told me that Indians are the worst bosses for expatriates. Since I have no boss as I work as illegal taxi driver, iam just curious I wanna know ur opinion.

I have many bosses!!!! 3 lebanese, 1 egyptian, 1 Tunis and 1 indian.

Everyone is good!  Lucky to work with them as boss.  They are even better than my previous Filipino boss!

In my opinion, backgrounds play important roles to all characters, you can't judge them by their nationalities.

As the saying goes,  "If you judge people, you will not have time to love 'em"

Rule of thumb is:  Love your boss.  (without romance of course)

my boss is iranian...he seems to give much tolerance to the arab community even they're not productive...he is open minded...and good thing you can push him around to make decisions...you have to speak up or else nothing will happen to your career.

from experience, great boss are japanese and westerns....

If you are good and what your boss wants, then your boss will be good to you.

It depends on what the boss expects out of you and how much you are willing to work together for common goals.

it does not depend on the Nationality.

It depends on the goals of the person in charge and how the employee interprets and acts on those interpretations.

I have experienced working with superiors with different nationalities, like japanese, british, indians and arab and I would say that I would still prefer to work with Japanese and British superiors.

Yea I woudn't recommend working under a mallu indian. Perhaps if a mallu

is a boss at some place, he would only hire a mallu. They have this

discrimination against all the other nationalities, even against their own

indians. Secondly Palestinians/Jordanians, they can be a pain, most of them

are selfish, greedy and rude and its like a ritual to not show up at work for

them or they will come to the office just an hour before you have to leave

and shower all the 8 hour worth work on ur head. Lebanese bosses are

usually turned on 24 hours, all they think about is how to get their secratary

to have sex with them, just cuz they drive a bmw and wear armani... even

if they dont have a single riyal to eat. Qatari's who own private business

some of them are very hard working apparently.

It's always the small things that make big differences.

I once had a boss from India (Kerala) and I absoultely wasn't impressed, but of course it depends on the personality too.
