Could anyone knowing the whereabouts or contact address of Russ and Tania Bilbey please let me know.
It appears they have abandoned a pet at Qatar Veterinary Center.
Local phone nos. do not work and email to alledged employer here, Worley Parsons, unanswered. Phone for Worley Parsons here appears disconnected.
