I used to have syberian husky ,I totaly agree you should not keep husky in qatar, they live on snow or in cold weathers.

a colleague of mine two years ago bring Husky from UK and unfortunately after 5 months died; the Qatar's clime is not good for the type of dog.
Try a Boxer.
