Injured Pigeon

Hi all
Yesterday, I found a severy injured pigeon outside my flat. Bird's head and neck were bleeding severly, it might have been due to fight among birds.
As an bligation I brought it to my house, applied an availble antiseptic creme. The bird's wounds are dry now i.e no bleeding now. Problem is that it is not eating or drinking anything and also not opening one eye. May be eye is damaged or anything else, i cant figure it out.
Would any one having pet birds or been in the same situation advise me what to do? Is there any bird treatment facility here in Doha? My young son was literally in tears and refused to take his food because bird was not eating too.
I would appreciate any advice.
can you please take the pigeon to animal health center situated at al wakra (near parachute round about). The treatment is free there. Doctors are very helpful. They will give medicine for infection and also provide vitamin drops.
Pls check with Qatar Vetinary hospital in Bin Omran Area -they will give you the best advise
