do not go to the souq for pets, they are not vaccinated and riddled with Parvo and the papers they give you to say they are vaccinated are fake!!! i learnt the hard way when i bought a puppy there! and the poor mite was on deaths door and the vets couldnt do anything to help him cos he was past help, as he was so poorly!! i also got told that for every dog sold they can buy 3 more!!
you can go to Qatar vets in Al Waab or contact Dogs in Doha.

I think you should go to Souq Waqif! that's where I got my budgies from, but I saw puppies, kittens, rabbits, birds, fish etc so I'd go there if I were you :)

Please adopt from Qatar Animal Welfare Society. There are many who waits for permanent home. do not buy from souq. Most of them are sick.
yah. better to go to QAWS. souq waqif is not the nice place to buy pets.
Second chance rescue is a good place to start.
QAWS the animal rescue shelter have all kinds of animals waiting to be adopted.
Cats in Qatar have 80 plus cats and kittens needing homes.
The Canadian veterinary hospital have also kittens for adoption.
Parkveiw vets have second chance rescue with lots of dogs for adoption.
Take your pick.
