Can a german shepherd live outside?

I am planning to bring a baby German Shepherd into Qatar.

My question is; Can he survive in the Qatar's heat outside?

I can build a small room at the backof my house with AC in it.

I am new to Qatar so not sure how the dog would acclimate in the heat here.

Please advise!! Thanks!

So: which is the point to bring a dog here (where there are LOTS of dogs waiting for adoption) and let him living in your backyard?

This place have harsh weather from April to September (worst time June, July, August...), how can you possible think about LOCK a dog in an AC room, do you really believe that is a worth life for him?....
