Anyone breeding small tropical aquarium fish?

Is there anyone out there who breeds small tropical aquarium fish like Guppies, Platies and/or Mollies?

Do you think you can supply me these fish on a regular basis? I require about 500 pieces every month.

I cannot depend on the local fish shops as their supplies are absolutely irregular!

Please let me know fast as my stock is vanishing very quickly.
