Will qatar foundation still accept us?

My husband has landed a dream job in Qatar however his police disclosure (CRB) shows he has a conviction from three yrs back! It was not his fault but just wrong time wrong place! And now he is going to pay the price! He has a top job in the uk but wld love this move! Is their anyway we can get a clear CRB or does anyone know the requirements for entry to Qatar.the job is with qatar foundation and they have asked for a police disclosure!
