Safety Training Center ...Any suggestions ?

freiends, we are planning to start a Safety Training Center to address the needs of Qatar's oil & gas, construciton, contracting sector.

we know there are other training center

which are the courses we should introduce to attract clients ? is there any good scope for this business ?

you should be certified / accredited by big oil & gas company to be able to attract clients. most of all you have state of the art facilities etc.. well trained trainor / instructor also wil be a great factor.

you need to be a one stop place for companies. if they can get all the training they need from you why go else where. if you offer mobile training as in you go to them it would be even better because sometimes it is hard to get people from ras laffan and places like that. start with basics and if they request a certain course don't say it's not available tell them it starts next week, then develop one or buy one or hire another company to come in until you can run it yourself. be aggressive go to work sites and demonstrate what you've got.

To be able to compete with QISC and NAPT, you will need some serious investments both Offices and other facilities as well as first Class instructors. To be able to get into the market and compete would be very difficult-especially these days where money is tight in all Companies
