I am an IT consultant in the US working with the big 4 how are the consulting opportunites in Qatar I do not want to work fulltime. I have been told that there absolutely no consulting opportunities in Qatar I should try Dubai.

I am in Qatar till the 8th Jan and would like to know of what possibilities exists in QATAR.
