Does QP provide job safety/security

Hi Everyone

I am new to this forum. I would like to know from the people who have been associated with Qatar petroleum (QP) whether working in QP provides job safety/ security or not?

Do they also have 'Hire and fire' policy?

Any useful inputs shall be of great help to me.

Is Qatarisation also leading to firing of expats? Is it such a big issue for anybody coming over to QP or anyother company for that matter?

Hope to get useful inputs on this.

Yes they hire.

Yes they fire.

If you feel you can't do the job, best not to apply in the first place, however, if you are qualified, experienced and competent, you could be there for 25 years like a friend of mine.

Normally the company do not hire & fire coz it cost them lot yet you should not expect your job is guaranteed (safe)
