Woqod to open new mobile fuel station in Al-Wukair
Woqod is opening a new Mobile Fuel Station near the Al Wakra Hospital on the Al Wukair road. Workers were seen installing the euipment and special entry and exit roads for access are also in place.
Once it starts operation, it will be a great service for the hundreds of residents staying in the area as the popular Teyseer Fuel Station in Al Wukair was closed sometime in early January.
According to The Peninsula, this closure is already putting a lot of pressure on the new Woqood petrol station opened recently in Wakrah, close to the first roundabout on the Mesaieed road. Long queues of vehicles are seen regularly outside this service centre during peak hours.
Woqod are planning to open many more petrol outlets in the near future and eventually plan to take the number to 100 by 2020.
They are also operating many mobile units in places where there is shortage of permanent options.

One such temporary station is not enough, Wakra would need 1 or 2 more placed at easy to access locations. Wakra is getting heavily populated, and the current 2 petrol stations are not sufficient enough. This is a welcoming move.
Mobile Fuel station ..... I always picture a B2 refuelling mid air from a Stratotanker .....
