Fuel prices in Qatar go up in March 2021
Prices for all types of fuel in Qatar have gone up this month, according to the latest price list issued by Qatar Petroleum.
Effective today March 1, 2021, one liter of Premium Gasoline will be available for QAR 1.60, marking a difference of 15 dirhams from its price in February 2021.
Reflecting a similar difference of 15 dirhams between the new price and the February price, Super Gasoline will be available for QAR 1.65 per liter from today.
The price of diesel has been set at QAR 1.60 per liter for this month, indicating a difference of another 15 dirhams from its price last month.
Fuel prices in Qatar have been on an upward trend from the beginning of this year. January 2021 saw a slight increase from Decmeber 2020, however, all fuel prices were raised.
February 2021 saw another sharp rise in fuel prices where all types of fuel were available at a difference or 15 dirhams more than their price per liter in January 2021.
In February 2021, Premium Gasoline was sold for QAR 1.45 per liter, Super Gasoline could be purchased at QAR 1.50 for a liter and Diesel was available for QAR 1.45 a liter.
