Harley complain

I had my bike on your HD official dealer for quotation following a small accident.
The insurance company upon my request (initially they refused because the bike is older than x years) granted the special permission to place the bike in Harley for quotation.
You have produced a quotation that was very expensive and intended to repair parts that were not damaged on this accident.
The value of the repair was in fact higher than the value I paid for the bike last year and over the market value of the vehicle, fact that had the insurance company threatening to cancel the registration.
I had to settle for an amount of money to keep the bike and will have to order parts and repair the bike out of the dealer. ( for a third of your quotation)
Moreover when I asked not to be charged for this quotation as a complementary token of appreciation for a Harley Costumer I was told that charging for a quotation for insurances is mandatory and if you would do so it would be a huge cost on the company. I choose not to believe that this would be the direction that your management has directed their employees.
I have paid for this quotation and I’m writing to make you understand that this is not the proper way to maintain and get new costumers.
Definitely my next my next bike will not be Harley, not because of the product but because of the service.
