Leave and others benefits on termination

Dear sir

Good afternoon.

My self Arun Singh from India and I am working with al jaber engineering (jec) as time keeper. Company terminated as per Qatar labour law article 49 with out any benifits.

I am working with this company from 11 months only and needs leave encashment and other benifits. So I request to you kindly do the needfull.

Arun: Leave and other benefits become due only after completion of 1 year of service. In this situation, your company my be providing just the return ticket to your home.
