Go to Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) Website. Look for the logo at the left side where Hukoomi(Qatar Government Online) is located and double click it. when it open browse what you want and there you can renew your health card.
I dont think they have that on site as yet. but you can check www.Hukoomi.com.qa you find it there. or you can go personaly to your health centre or the Hamad Hospital and have it done in a day.
