PPD test at medical commission

I went to Medical Commission 2 weeks ago. After my medical I received a message that I need to go back for the PDD test/Mantoux Test in Room 118. The nurse asked me some questions regarding about the TB history of mine. My answer was all NO, I never had any disease from the past and issue from my previous job about TB. The nurse also gave me injection and I need to go back after 2 days to check the result. I went back after 2 days and the Doctor read the result of the injected part of my skin. Honestly it was swelling but I don't know what will be the result. As far as I know the swelling was more than 10mm. After I get the reading they told me to go and wait for the result.. The company will get the result for me as they said... Now I am waiting for the result and I am worried too much if this will be positive. I don't know what to do specially I am alone living in Qatar. I cannot sleep properly in the night, thinking what will happen to my family living in my country. I am supporting them so this is hard for me. If I am alone I would accept whatever will happen to me because I don't want to see my family sad about me. I just do is pray every time I am thinking what will be the result. I really need this opportunity in Qatar so bad.. I hope everything will be fine.
