take three times a day with reduced meal, specially take your dinner before 6 in the evening. it will be very helpful to you in reducing weight. Also dont go to your wife or g/f just after taking any food. In/out motions is one of major factor to increase the stomach and dont walk fast after taking dinner. use green apple juice.

Alright then you need to loose your weight, its very simple

1. Control your food intake. I mean Control not to stop, Check www.nowloss.com, take the menu and change your eating habits.

2. Join some aerobic classes or everyday jogging or speed walking for atleast 30 minutes.

3. Dont drink

4. Sleep 7 hrs daily

5. Replace all drinks with water.

6. Main thing is keep in mind tat you want to loose weight and take the pain for the same.

Actually. Jogging and exercise shall have no effect until you control your diet. Do not skip meals, as it would slow down your metabolism. Eat less. And try to eat more proteins and less carohidrates. Also, do not sit or sleep immediately after meals. Try to keep standing for at least an hour. However, do not exercise immediately after eating.

Stop eating fatty foods and drinking soft drinks. Do regular exercise and jogging.
