Is Hepatitis B & C banned to Qatar?

I have a friend he's been working here in Qatar for 8 years now.Every year he made thorough medical examinations (policy of his company).Unfortunately,his latest results claimed that he got the mentioned disease (HBsAG).He has been suggested to go to Hamad Hospital for treatment,my friend is the bread winner in his family,is his present condition will affect his working related matters?I mean will hamad or health authorities will deport nor banned him from continue working here in Qatar? Please advised!
