Do we need a referal for consulting a speialist at health centre?

helo all
i have a health card of abu hamour health centre. i want to consult an orthopedic specialist,should i need to have a referal from general physician or should i directly consult???
plzzz help...

there is no consultant or specialist doctor in health center. only hamad have. that means you should have a referral from any doctor in health center and once you have that referral, you have to go to hamad opd to make an appointment.
