Iam male 42 years old
I have been encountering a great loss of memory
It seems like there are unknown reason behind that
Does food got something to do with it?
what is best to be done ?

This is normal, wen ppl grow older memory go weaker...
But i advice you to eat Oysters, its very beneficial for memory because it contains Zinc

its a sign of aging. better do some mental exercises for the brain like reading in the opposite direction, solving a puzzle, and more just to make your brain works, so that blood circulation will enhance plus physical work-out also.
