i do hope that before you move to Doha or any Middle East Country, you will be familiar with the cultures first.

don't expect too much in Doha, we have bars, discoteque, but not much compared in Dubai. I don't think we have Casino here in Doha maybe in Dubai.

dubai is more on an open country than doha...doha is close likely to Saudi where MECCA is situated and many years way back doha is a very strict country but recently there were changes...

well of course don't expect to eat PORK MEAT here though we don't have any...in Dubai they have...eventhough it is a Muslim country...

Buying Liquor must have a permit in order you can buy...

Yeah, there is a new one going up in the West Bay scheduled for opening May 2009. Its near the Ritz, between the new Ikea and the Pork butchery.
