yup alexa's questions are spot on.

but even with creams and shampoos, all will not suit you, the first time you try on something, gives you an indication of whether it is good for you or not.

What kind of hair do you have? oily, dry, curly, coloured? As for your skin, do you find it normally dry or oily?

Hmmm...let's see I don't know which is the best shampoo for my hair. I don't know my skin type so I don't know what products I need. Any way u can help ? I'm planning to go to Diva Lounge asap to get my skin figured out, any other suggestions?

I was too poor in Uni to afford to pamper myself. Luckily I had that great job. :D

That's what I should be doing han, but the thing is by the time I finish an exam I'd either be too tired that I end up sleeping, or I would go out with friends. I just don't find the time. I'm a bad time planner! But I'll try to start taking better care of myself. U know girls we should have like a beauty products group to help eachother out, cause I for one am clueless when it comes to these stuff...sad but true...so help me girls!

i had my own rule i used to implement while in university.

i would keep for myself a day or two or pampering every month, usually after exams or tests were over, those used to be fun, and so relaxing. go for the works at the saloon.

pamper yourself.

rest of the time, just jump in the shower, do your bit and out you go.

with kids, now, i have no patience for a facial, or long baths, its gotto be quick.

i use only one shampoo, but i like to see many, just for variety, if i feel like a change.

its the same with soaps, shower gels, perfumes.

use one, but look at many.then i dont crave for others. hee hee.

i have 6perfumes, i think, gotto check again.

Well as a friend once said to me, you're only born with one face, so you need to take care of it. As for shampoos and stuff, that's just fun. :D

Ok so we MUST go beauty products shopping, help a friend in need!! LOL but my wallet will hate u to death, but oh well my prettiness is more important hehe.

ROFL. I will be happy to take you shopping Corne. I'm actually the most unlikely person to know this stuff, I'm a total tom boy who happened to get a job as a receptionist at a beauty salon when I was in Uni. I'm now a shampoo and beauty products snob.

Huh ? purfier/clarifier? I know shampoo and conditioner end of story lol. Good thing I don't use the same shampoo. But seriously Gypsy u need to give me shampoo and facial creams lessons, I'm hopeless in those...All I know is study study study jump in the shower put on any shampoo get clean and then back to study study study LOL.

No you shouldn't stick to the same shampoo all the time Corne. It's actually important to switch up your shampoos routinely. In fact for truly healthy hair you should be using a purifier/clarifier once a week, and depending on your hair time a moisturizing shampoo 3 to 4 times a week.

I shared an apartment with 3 guys in university. I can vouch that Class number 3 should be mandatory for all men. :P

What I do:

I change the TP roll, lift the seat but don't put it back, I help with dishes and I don't mind going out with her when she's shopping.

But I dislike Oprah, Friends and riding with her when she drives/
