"!EXERCISE!"

If walking is good for health,

the postman wud be immortal.

A whale swims all day, only eats fish, drinks water & is still fat.

A rabbit runs & hops & lives only 15 yrs.

WHILE

A turtle doesn't run, does nothing, yet lives for 450 yrs.

MORAL!

TO HELL WITH EXERCISE,

SLEEP WELL

&

EAT WELL..

Always fascinated how people can twist things to suit various agendas (witness politicians). Whales live in close to freezing temperatures and therefore need fat to survive. Tortoises living 450 years - really? Rabbits certainly don't live 15 years in my country - most don't make it to adulthood and those that do last maybe 5 tops years?

and yes, the postman is probably healthier than you.,

human does everything animals can, but we have to maintain our good health by exercise, i usually force myself to jog at least 3 times a week for my own seek, just give 30 minutes or more for doing such thing and you will be used to it.
