How cumbersome or painful, it is for children to commute by company or school bus from messaied to Doha for Indian school?

I read some thread here indicating that most of the buses do not have AC running, areas are dusty on the way? Buses are really crowded as well?

Please give me feedback if you have children going to doha from messaied.
