My cousin's wife gave birth at HMC late last year without a health card as she was on a visit visa.  She gave birth via C-section, stayed 3-4 nights in a ward and paid roughly QR5,000-6,000. Should cost less with normal delivery.

goodluck!

i had delivered my baby a year ago and I paid for 100 riyals/day and additional cost for the medicines prescribed after checked-out. But it only costed for less than 10 riyals if I'm not mistaken.
