I have to share a damn experience from the 'great' Lulu Hyper Market right here now.
People have to know their marketing fake offers and cheating policies.
The subject is, i bought an AC (Samsung, 2T, 2350 QAR) from Lulu Hyper Market on 30th April 2016.
The offer price is applied and they have free home installation as well in the offer.
Today is 3rd May 2016 and no one called me yet for the installation.
Yesterday i went their store and registered a complaint too.
Can anyone advise me the procedures for the customer court follow up for the refunding money or claims for the delay.
I brought my family ready and no AC at the apartment yet, as it was unfurnished one.
Can anyone advise me the solution and spread this incident to people who have some same experience from this shit firm in future.

Jay, I hope they sort it out quick, not comfortable to bring the family in and not have air conditioning.
Need to also consider, I do not think Lulu do a home delivery, it may be the brand supplier.

Patience is a virtue in Qatar, before pointing fingers. If you discussed with them previously on the delivery time, then they should deliver on time, if there was no discussion on when the delivery would be, then in Qatar, usually it means within 2 weeks.
Its your mistake.
You could have arranged everything in the beginning and then only bought your family here.
Secondly, instead of complaining here why don't you go directly to Lulu and raise your concern there for appropriate action... as complaining here there wont be any action but opposite reaction....lol

It's the usual "if you don't like it, go somewhere else" attitude. This is what the call "customer service" in Qatar!
C'mon... you bought it April 30... not even 3 days and you are already calling it as "cheat". Have a little patience. I too had a similar case, everything can be resolved nicely... talk to staff politely
I believe, calling LuLu "cheats" for not being to install an A/C within 3 days, is going a bit too far. It appears jay2015 is unaware of the full meaning of the word "cheats." The word "cheats" carries a very harsh meaning and from my point of view, it is not the proper word to describe this incident. He could have stated that LuLu failed to keep its commitment rather than labeling them as outright "cheats." Not only that, jay2015 further went on and used foul language in his post which reflects his poorly about him. I would have been a bit more patient in such a situation and managed the issue in a more sensible way rather than jump the gun and label an organization as "cheats" in just 3 days after the purchase. Suggest he drink some cold water, be calm and take things easy. Summers in Qatar are no doubt hot!
Jay, Talk to Mall Manager, Go the his office directly. Tell him the story, I feel your suffering but only solution is to approach the high management quickly. ....... My sympathy ...........
did lulu confirm they will fix the ac in 2 days or 3 days , i bought a hitachi fridge last week and they confirmed within 2 days they will deliver and kept their promise
there are lot of indian goods in the market every where in doha
in 2014 i purchased iPhone 4S for 1000 QAR after returning back to home, setup the phone and i noticed a something on the box. its says MRP 28,500 INR. means it was imported from India and selling Qatar.
I leave this up to you to decide whom to trust and whom not to.

Be calm, due to seasonal rush sometimes it's difficult to keep the things under control. Hope you will see the a/c running today night.
Have you tried contacting their customer service or spoken to the manager ?
