Ladies! Cushioning your feet. How?
Hi
This question is particularly directed to all the ladies. Do you feel that heel pain due to constantly standing at home especially housewifes or at work? How do you mitigate and correct that problem? Is there any special soft shoe available or some other cushioning techniques available?
Please chip in your responses.
Tks in advance.
Easy.
Stuff cushions into your shoes.
Job done, but you will look daft.

women usually just walk all over me, i suppose that provides enough cushioning for them.
15mmhg Compression socks or tights if I am having a big dinner and cooking it myself.
I also have special shoes that have springs which I find helps ease pressure points.

Yes, I forgot about crocs. They're the best! I wish we could wear them to the office, lol.
Crocs...go to 'Go' sports at Villagio and ask for them...they are basically springy plastic footwear in a variety of colours. They have holes in them for ventilation. Very comfortable. Can be worn outdoors as well as indoors.

A little birdie told me you are under the cloud how are you feeling now
[img_assist|nid=50852|title=hmm|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=|height=0]
yeah, i know what u mean. and it doesn't really have much to do with the weight. ur feet will hurt u after standing all day. it's normal.
try, as much as u can, lay down with ur legs up to help the blood circulation.
if u're at home, wear some comfy slippers, sth soft, cottonish, coz bare feet is not such a good idea in this case.
u can treat urself to a foot spa or at least buy for urself this little thing for having ur own mini spa at home- u know the thing where u pour some warm water, put ur feet it in and it massages ur feet.
i think i've seen it in the malls in here.
good luck!
