Ramgiri, if the man is Muslim and he wants to marry someone not Muslim, he STILL CAN marry only if her beliefs are Monotheistic (believe in One God).

Some misconceptions that Muslim men can marry any non Muslim woman may be wrong as not all people of book (Jews n Christians) are monotheistic

So in this case the lady questioning, if she is not monotheistic then SHE has to change her beliefs to marry this muslim guy BUT she should take her own time and without force from anyone and or pressure of marriage etc,.

No one can force someone to change the religion/faith/belief

Dear umhamza Muslim men or women both can merry Jewish or Christens, please note that husband is more dominating in the family. It is not likely for a Muslim woman to merry a non Muslim because she will be under pressure of changing her religion and will not be able raise her children to be a good Muslim.

It is absolutely depends on the country where your boy friend belonging, there social calture, and ur boy friend's family attitude towards mixed marriege.

Muslim women are not allowed to marry non muslim man, she can marry the man only when he accepts islam.

If you are a monotheistic in beliefs, then you don't need to change your beliefs at least at the time of marriage.

In general it does not require changing ur religion ..

but it depends upon ur boy friend .. if he is religious then in our religion we can marry "muslim, christian or Jewish"

so if u r having any other religion rather than the above mentioned three .. then u can't .. again this is according to the Islam Religion ..

but According to the LAW .. u need to check with ur area .. and i don't think it's a problem ..
