I guess it is just a matter of preference> Normally one is more comfortable with a doctor of the same nationality for the simple reason of comfort. Nothing else. And pregnancy is such a sensitive time for any lady. Living in an unknown country among strangers with family back home can be a trying time and having a Doctor from ones own country is a little comforting thats all. Just my view.
I have read good reposrts about this Doctor at Al ahli and also about Dr. Leelamma. I also have read here on QL about some negative reports about Dr. Khudsia Begum. Please choose wisely Annabells.

I think Al Emadi hospital has a female Indian gynae ... hope I remember correctly as I only met her very quickly!
