Odd uses of WD-40
By speedmarks •
Aside from cleaning rusts or loosening up tight bolts and caps, I just found out that WD-40 is also effective in getting rid of bed bugs. I just sprayed it underneath my bed and all over the room and voila... all the bed bugs migrated back to my neighbor's pad. I never had a good night's rest except last night. I don't know about the mystery why bed bugs hate it but thanks WD-40.
My construction laborer recommended me to use WD-40. I guess they were using it long time ago to get rid of bed bugs in their labor camp rooms. It's been three days since I sparyed a can in my place. I never had any skin bites since then. Use it underneath your bed, in the corners and at the ceiling where my neighbor's bedbugs went through. You can get it at the grocery stores or hardware shops. The smell of WD-40 is gone now but I think its the grease of the liquid that bedbugs hate. Goodluck and pleasant dreams.
Well done.. I suppose you hate your neighbour :o)
Bug spray Baygon helped me....
Are bed bugs a big problem here? I would have thought the heat would keep them at bay.
Wondering what prompted you to try this as a bedbug killer...could you explain how to use and where to find it if it really worked for you...I mean the bugs didn't return after the smell was gone.
