Amazon Delivery Process

Hey Guys, I would like to ask if anyone already tried ordering thru Amazon without any third Party Courier(Borderlinx, Aramex). Because on the Amazon Shipping part of the transaction, it indicates that they deliver in Qatar. Is this possible, because I tried checking the Item Shipping fee on the Aramex, and because the Item is quite big(Massage Chair Cushion), The shipping service fee for Aramex is about the same as the Price of the Product itself.
