Need help in fixing my Iphone 3g, it's stuck & no icons on the screen?

there's no icons (apps) showing on the screen & i can't do anything. Please let me know if anyone could be kind enough to help me out...thanks

Pls switch off the phone completely and restart again. Some application running in back hand might have got hanged

keep the home button and the power button pressed together untill a yellow triangle appears on your screen and it will restart............this should solve ur problem.
