It depends on your IOS. If its 4.3.3 you can use the jailbreakme.com, but ios 4.3.5 and ios 5.0.1, i think its coming soon. anyway, youtube can help you a lot.

i think you can just visit http://www.jailbreakme.com/ through your ipad and get it done. no need to pay anyone for no good reason..but if you have lots of money they you can buy me coffee for this answer :)
