Do i Have to Use Dishwasher Salt in Qatar??

Hi all,I bought a new dishwaher yesterday,a brand called "Haier".. So i just couldn't understand the manual,it mentioned something about the water hardness that varies from a country to another,i just don't know the water here in Qatar is that hard to make me use the slat in my dishwasher or not.. Any help here??... And if I have to use it what brand shall i buy,i dont want anexpensive one though.. Thanks alot

I was using dishwasher salt before. Now I am using the 'Powerball' tablets which seem to contain everything, so there is no need anymore.

Goodluck with your Haier. I had one and then got rid of it. Their after sales service is awful.

Please call the service centre number provided in the manual appropriate to this country, discuss the matter with them, they are the one who can give better suggestions.
