blackberry service problem?

Hello there!, i have activated my blacberry unit 7 months ago by buying a credit worth 100 rials, I have told that i have to go to Starlink to have it activated. So it wors, the probem is recently i can no longer use my unit other than regular call. It sas I have reached the expiration date and need to reload again worth 185 rials this time. I am not aware of this case from the beginning. pls help me..

so you want to get fee LIFETIME blackberry service for 100 QR only one for a life time ?? wake up.... they are not charity company.

As i understand, you have to pay one of BB connection charge of QR 150 and QR35 per week.. makes that QR 185

BOSS FOR HALA USERS IT WAS AN OFFER.

WHICH WAS NOT STOPPED BY QTEL FOR MAY BE SOME REASON AND ALL OF THEM HAVE KEPT ENJOYING BB SERVICE FOR A LONG TIME.. BUT NOW IT IS STOPPED AND PPL HAVE TO PAY REGULAR 35 A WEEK, AND FOR THE PERIOD THEY USED IN EXCESS.....

HOPE THEY DID SAME FOR POSTPAID CUSTOMER ALSIO :(
