SMS from Qtel

Today i got an sms from qtel stating an amout is pending against a service no. i have to pay it with in 2 weeks else they will forward the case to legal departmet.
but i do not have any account with qtel, only service i m using is a pre-paid hala sim card.
i called their help line they also can not trace any past usuage record.
any one else face the same problem, any advice what to do .

It is possible someone used your ID to get a qtel connection and that is what qtel wants you to pay. Get the details of the usage from their Souk Najada office (not helpline) and if the manager there cannot waive the charges, get a copy from qtel and lodge a police complaint.
